Well Tater Fam, it is official we have sold the Tiny Tater Trailer to a wonderful family who will be serving up their own delicious dishes!

Today is the day!

I am officially listing our food trailer, affectionately nicknamed- The Tiny Tater Trailer, for sale.

Asking price is $6500 obo.

As you can see from the pictures all logos, lettering, and stickers have been removed and the entire truck has been painted black. The trailer is also now sporting a brand new commercial service counter (I left the blue plastic cover on for the new owner to remove when they're ready).

Fast Trailer Facts- It is a 1958 Winnebago Canned Ham Style Camper. Pennsylvania Title in hand. Exterior is 80" wide and 14 ft long bumper to hitch. Trailer Ball is a 1 7/8" Jack stands and wheel chocks included.

Has been inspected and passed with flying colors via the Erie County Health Department every year in operation.

Included with the trailer is everything you see inside-
Chest Freezer, Stainless Steel NSF Table, NSF Commercial one door cooler, contained 4 basin sink system, electric flattop, electric steam table, shelves and drawers. AC works. Trailer is an all electric setup, wired to run on 50 amp or 30 amp with a converter. 50 ft commercial underwater rated 50 amp extension cord included, as well as a specialty extension cord for the flattop. Also included is a 50 to 30 amp stepdown plug thingy, plus some other small odds and ends.

Of note, this is a vintage canned ham camper, if you are taller than 5'11" you may not enjoy standing in it for very long.

This trailer is essentially ready to open as your business almost as soon as you buy it. Stock it, Logo & Sticker it if you wish, Organize it, and get your health inspection and you should be good to open.

It was a long weekend
Sometimes a bit wet. Sometimes a bit cold.

But, my Tiny Tater Trailer is ready to be a part of someone else's dreams and food truckin' journey!

A complete sales post will be out tomorrow, complete with tons of pics, lists of what's included, and all the info.

Short version-
Asking price $6,500. Included chest freezer, commercial single door cooler, steam table, commercial electric flattop, 4 bay complete sink system. Trailer is wired to run 30 or 50 amp. Fresh paint job, brand new service counter. She is ready to be licensed, stocked, and opened!

With the help of a good spuddy a lot of progress was made on the original Tiny Tater Trailer, and she's several steps closer to being ready to officially go up for sale!!

Of course, that's assuming I can move today, I don't think there's a joint or muscle that isn't sore from yesterday's all day food truck bonanza.

In theory we're one Lowes trip and four to five hours of work to completion.

In theory.

Construction time tables operate outside of normal space and time.

An Update on Us-

Howdy all! I wanted to update our Tater-tastic Fans, Friends, and Family on the 2026 season.

Here's where we're at-
The Original Tater Trailer is painted, trim included. I added new levels, and the new counter for the outside is waiting on the next non-rainy day to be mounted. I need about three good weather days, with at least two in a row and dry and she will be ready to make someone else's dreams of food truckin' true.

The Trailer we plan to buy and snaz up is still with its original owners (this driveway is only big enough for one Tater Trailer).

At this time I am only beginning to book major events for 2026.

Why?

Because, at any point in the revamp, sell, revamp, get inspected, stock, then open timeline something could go wrong. I didn't anticipate having two days with decent temps and no rain in a row would be almost impossible to come across by mid April, but here we are...

In short. The Tater Trailer is almost ready to go up for sale. The new Tater Trailer is waiting for me to bring it home and make it RED and ready.

The Taters are coming.

You may have noticed we've been quiet leading up to the 2026 season. Well, there's a good reason for that.

At the end of last season I made the decision that it was time to sell our Tiny Tater Trailer and move on to a bigger setup that would work better for us at the larger events we love to do and allow me to finally expand our menu even more, and (bonus) wouldn't require the work that was tearing up my shoulder more.

We knew we were changing, but we didn't have a clear plan. And, until I knew how we were rolling out this season I didn't want to begin booking. However, we have our future trailer lined up 🤞 and plan to bring it home this spring and get it ready to roll out for 2026.

This means the Tiny Red Tater Trailer is going to be up for sale soon. In fact she's not red anymore (as you can see in the pics below). Along with a new paint job the trailer is getting a brand new serving counter, some minor repairs, and a big scrub. If you're interested in possibly purchasing the trailer feel free to message or comment and I will get you all the info. She should be ready to start the next chapter in someone else's story in a week or two!!
