Friday was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I love small-town communities.

Riverdale took the win on the football field (CONGRATS!)… but when it came to the Rise Up rivalry vote, Erie came out on top.

🖤 ❤️ Panthers — 216 votes
💛 🖤 Rams — 180 votes

That’s 396 votes between our two shops. Almost FOUR HUNDRED drinks, almost 400 votes, and a whole lot of community pride packed into one day.

It was so much fun watching everyone show up, support their town, support their school, and have a little fun with us along the way.

Thank you for playing along and making Friday what it was. I think it’s safe to say this has officially earned a spot as a new Rise Up tradition. ❤️

And because Erie earned the bragging rights…

And somehow we decided it was a good idea to put a Rise Up in BOTH of them. 😂

So today we’re staying neutral-ish and letting YOU battle it out.

Attention Port Byron‼️

We are OPEN — the coffee is hot, the espresso is flowing, and the food is delicious! ☕️

Our parking lot is getting a little facelift today, which means parking is limited.

Our wonderful neighbors at Gibson-Bode Funeral Homes have generously allowed us to use their parking lots today. We are so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help us out!

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support while a few improvements are made around here.

It’s a small town holiday today… it’s Hot Beef Day at Harvest Bakery & More❤️

As a fellow small business owner, it’s incredible to watch how much they pour into this day. It’s not just one day—it’s all the days leading up to it. The planning, the prep, the long hours, and the work behind the scenes that most people never see.

I’m sporting my Hot Beef shirt in Port Byron today while daydreaming about that incredible meal 🤤 I hope everyone absolutely floods the doors of this Erie gem.

I know firsthand how amazing the owners and staff are, and this meal is nothing short of impeccable.

And if you somehow have a little room left afterward, make sure to stop by Rise Up for some Country Style ice cream to fill in any remaining spaces 😉❤️

The dill inspired sandwiches are some of my favorite sandwich creations to date!

The Dill Pickle Chick : chicken salad with a dill twist. This has been our most popular chicken salad to date!

The Big Dill : croissant bun, cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, ham and the best pickles. It’s Rise Up’s version of a pickle wrap!

Both sandwiches are available today at both locations until 5PM 🤩 we can’t wait to see you for lunch!
