☀️ Vacation Mode: ON! 🌴🍦

Sweet & Salty is officially taking a little break for the next several weeks!

This season has been such a blessing, and I’m incredibly thankful for each and every one of you who has supported this adventure. Whether you stopped by for ice cream, shared a post, or simply encouraged us along the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The next few weeks will be filled with family time, a much-needed vacation, and a mission trip. More importantly, it’s a time for me to slow down, reconnect with God, and seek His direction as I continue to discover what He has in store for this next chapter of life. Sometimes the greatest growth comes when we step away, listen, and trust His plan.

We’ll be back before you know it—rested, refreshed, and excited for what’s ahead. Until then, we pray you all have a safe, joyful, and blessed rest of your summer. Thank you again for being part of the Sweet & Salty family. 💜🩵🍨

Yesterday marked the end of an incredible chapter for Sweet & Salty. ❤️🩵💜

Not only was it our last day at our location on Reading Road, but it was also Reagan’s last day working on the truck before she heads off to college.

For the last two seasons, Reagan has been my right-hand girl. Through the long, hot days, busy rushes, laughs, and memories, she has been someone I could always count on. She has a kind heart, an amazing work ethic, and a beautiful spirit that shines through in everything she does.

I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s done for Sweet & Salty. I truly couldn’t have done it without her. She has been such a huge part of this journey, and I’ll always be thankful for the time we’ve shared.

Reagan, I am so proud of you and excited to watch you begin this next adventure. I hope college brings you incredible friendships, amazing opportunities, and all the success you deserve. Keep being the bright, beautiful young woman you are, and never stop chasing your dreams.

Thank you for everything. Sweet & Salty won’t be the same without you, but I know you’re going to do great things. ❤️🍦

☀️🍦 Another HOT day!

We know days like today have everyone craving ice cream, and we wish we could be at 300 N. Reading Road serving you. ❤️

One of the biggest challenges with operating from a mobile trailer is the extreme heat. Our rolled ice cream machine relies on a freezing plate that must stay at -21° to properly create those fresh, hand-rolled ice cream rolls you love.

When temperatures climb this high, our machine has to work overtime just to maintain that temperature. Not only does it make it difficult to produce the quality ice cream you expect, but it also puts a tremendous amount of wear and tear on our equipment.

This is one of the biggest reasons we’re working toward finding a permanent location. A climate-controlled space would allow us to consistently serve the high-quality rolled ice cream you deserve—no matter how hot it gets outside.
