One of our favorite comments from opening week wasn’t about a biscuit, a burger, or a cup of coffee.

It was about people.

We heard stories of guests waiting in line together, sharing tables with strangers, striking up conversations, and leaving as friends. Some discovered they attended the same church. Others realized they had mutual friends. All because they happened to be standing in the same line on the same morning.

There’s something special about that.

In a world where everyone seems to be moving a little faster, we’re grateful to have a place where people can slow down, gather around a table, and connect.

That’s always been the dream.

Thank you for making Alabama Pecan Co. more than a restaurant. ❤️

WOW. What a weekend.

First, thank you. We are incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown Alabama Pecan Company. We know there were longer waits than anyone would have liked, and we sincerely appreciate every person who chose to stick with us while our team worked hard to get food out as quickly as possible.

This weekend, the kitchen was moving full speed, tables were turning, and our staff gave it everything they had. As we continue to grow, we’re committed to improving every day and providing the fast, friendly service you’ve come to expect from us.

One of our favorite things to see was neighbors sharing tables, meeting new people, and showing the kind of community spirit that makes this area so special. While we know our current space can feel a little tight at times, we’re excited about what the future holds.

If you happen to look to your left, you may notice that something big is in the works. 👀 We’re not quite ready to share all the details yet, but an announcement is coming soon—and we think you’re going to love it.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your continued support. We can’t wait to keep serving you and growing alongside this amazing community.
