After a great deal of thought, we've made the decision to close on Sundays and move to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule for at least the summer.
This wasn't a decision we made lightly. We recently asked for your feedback, and while opinions were divided, one thing became very clear: there is no perfect schedule that works for everyone.
For years, our family and our staff have spent weekends working while much of the world was gathering with loved ones. As small business owners, we've missed family dinners, celebrations, quiet Sundays, and time with the people who matter most.
This summer, we're choosing to reclaim some of that time.
One of the reasons the Bumblebee and Barn Owl were built was to create a better life for our family and our team, not a life where we never get to see one another.
By moving to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, our staff will have the opportunity to spend time with their partners, children, friends, and families, and I'll have the chance to spend more time with my husband and kids as well.
We know this change won't work for everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We believe that rested, happy people create a better experience for our guests, and that's what we're committed to providing.
