While we truly believe we have the best team in the industry—from our dishwashers and kitchen staff to our front-of-house crew—we'd like to take a moment to give a very special shoutout to Brennan Berry!
Brennan started with us as a dishwasher before he was even 16 years old. From day one, he showed up, worked hard, and consistently went above and beyond. His dedication, work ethic, and willingness to learn have been incredible to watch.
Today, Brennan has been our Pastry Chef for about 10 months, and if you've enjoyed one of our desserts lately, you already know how talented he is. Not only are his creations absolutely delicious, but his attention to detail and presentation is second to none. Every dessert that leaves the kitchen reflects the pride he takes in his work.
We are honored to have Brennan as part of The Enid Depot family and look forward to watching him continue to grow and succeed for many years to come.
