Wow, what a day!! It's crazy to see something you've worked on for months come together so beautifully! We fed people from Italy, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Maryland, New York, and beyond. One of the most heartfelt weddings I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. I'm exhausted and every muscle in my body hurts so I'm just going to share a picture of Cocktail Hour! Stay Tuned... it gets better! I can't wait to tell you about the bride and groom♥️ Just a perfect, fun, night, such a beautiful reception!! This menu was such a pleasure to create!! We finished up with group 2 at the hunting lodge. The duck legs were my favorite, low and slow cooked in duck fat and garlic cloves! What an experience this last week has been. So grateful to get to do what I love🖤

My office view has looked a little different this past week...it was an absolute dream! I got a call late last Tuesday night from a client who was in a major bind. Their regular chef was back home in North Carolina and they needed a chef for some of their top clients coming to town to hunt. 23 hrs to create daily menus, shop, prepare and be ready to start with dinner the following evening. It was an amazing time, with some very pleased hunters!

Dinner:
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Tenderloin
Duchess Potatoes
Brown Sugar Green Beans
Dutch Apple Pie w/ Salted Caramel Whiskey Sauce

Lunch:
Hot Italian Beef on fresh made rolls
Potato Salad

Dinner 2:
Garlic Confit Brisket w/ a Peppercorn Cream Sauce
Roasted Baby Bakers

Roasted Beets
