From a dream carried across the ocean to a family legacy that continues today.
When Ralph and Connie came to America from Italy, they arrived with little more than determination, hard work, and a vision for a better future. In 1980, they opened the doors to what would become not just a restaurant, but a foundation for generations of our family.
Over the years, there have been triumphs and challenges, good times and difficult ones. We’ve had countless family members have worked within these walls—sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren (ONE DAY), and friends who became family. Some are still here, some have moved on to their own careers and adventures, and future generations may one day wear the apron too. Through it all, this family business has endured because of the sacrifices, dedication, and love poured into it every single day.
Today, seeing our restaurant gift cards available at Costco is more than just a business achievement. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come—from immigrants starting with nothing to building something that has supported their children, grandchildren, and a community that has become part of our family.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has dined with us, celebrated milestones with us, and supported us throughout the years. This moment belongs to all of you, too.
