Dear Customers and Friends of Francy’s Gourmet,

For more than a year, we have all been personally and culturally affected by the Coronavirus. You have shared some of your experiences with us. Francy’s Gourmet saw sales drop 85% of normal during the height of the pandemic, but we still rejoiced that we were able to stay open when the economy suffered. We are grateful to you, our faithful customers, for giving us your business throughout this difficult time. You also shared in our family loss when Francy’s beloved husband and Pablo’s stepfather Jerry died in early 2020. The rest of 2020 was no doubt life-changing for you as it was for us.

We couldn’t leave this place without sharing our story with you. You have all become like family, have supported us, many of you from the beginning, five years ago. We are proud of our coffee and cuisine and appreciate that you enjoyed the items on our menu, whether it was the specialty coffees, arepas, calentao, mate teas, smoothies, or light sandwiches. It was our pleasure to serve you! There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to you and for you!

We will continue to roast coffee and are searching for a new venue.. Please follow us on social media and keep an eye open for email from us about the new chapter in our business. This is not “good-bye”, but merely “see you later”! We shall miss you a lot but look forward to seeing you when and where we open again!
