Cinco Jotas Pata Negra is one of Spain’s most celebrated expressions of jamón ibérico — prized for its deep, complex flavor, silky texture, and unmistakable richness.

What makes authentic Jamón Ibérico so special? It starts with the Iberian pig, a breed known for its ability to develop beautiful marbling. For bellota ham, the pigs traditionally spend their final season foraging on acorns (bellotas) and natural foods, contributing to the ham’s distinctive flavor and luxurious texture.

Then comes time. The legs are carefully cured and naturally aged for years, allowing the flavors to slowly develop. The result is delicate yet intensely savory, with a beautiful balance of richness, nuttiness, and a long, lingering finish.

And Cinco Jotas takes that tradition to another level — a true celebration of Spanish heritage, patience, and craftsmanship.

Our 8-hour braised oxtail is tonight’s special slow-braised until incredibly tender in a rich Garnacha w**e sauce, full of deep Spanish flavors.

Served over your choice of paella or our truffle mashed potatoes, finished with that beautiful sauce from the braise.
