The clover app has been acting funny for awhile but we were able to provide a link to order online! Make sure to sign into your account to receive and redeem rewards! I'll pin this post to each location to make it easier for you while we work with clover to resolve the app issues!

EDIT: All fixed and working fine again!

Hey all!
Dillon here, we’re having. Some issues with clover this morning connecting to our phone system. The orders are going through fine on the phone system but there’s a clover connectivity problem where it’s not communicating and printing tickets

If you’re able to place orders through the clover app that would be faster but unfortunately we’re not getting the orders through our register.
I’ll post once the connection is back to normal!

Stop by this morning and try a delicious deluxe avocado toast! It’s avocado spread on our honey oat bread topped with everything but the bagel seasoning with 2 strips of bacon and a medium egg on each slice.

Tomorrow (Wednesday 7/22) we will be closed for our annual employee appreciation day! Sorry for the late notice but we had to wait to see what the storms were gonna bring today. Every year we close a day to celebrate with our staff for all their hard-work and enjoy a day on the river! We will reopen Thursday with normal hours and hopefully very few sunburns 😅 have a great day folks!

Good morning!

I’m sure as most of you are aware, we’ve made some additions to our ordering system and added an online agent that handles our phone orders every day and I wanted to talk about it

Our Englewood location will receive anywhere from 30-100 calls a day depending on the day of the week. Some of them are you guys calling in and placing orders or asking questions but a lot of them are either spam or cold calls trying to sell us something or sign us up for stuff. When we’re in our peaks hours it really slows us down to stop what we’re doing and grab them the phone. Since we’ve started this system we have been much more productive and attentive to you in house.

We’re aware that some of our most popular and simple items keep saying they’re not available, this AI system is non-generative. Which means it doesn’t learn independently and needs to be programmed to know the connections between items. So when someone orders “egg and cheese with bacon” instead of a “breakfast sandwich with bacon” it doesn’t know the difference. The good news is, we’re not adding to the growing demand of Data centers, just using simple computer technology to make everyone’s life easier 🙂

I’ve spent the morning reviewing call notes and making adjustments as needed to fix those problems and all that I’ve seen so far have been addressed, fixed and tested.

Thank you for understanding that as we continue to get busier in our little cafe we will continue to be innovative and find ways to best serve you! You are the reason we are here after all! If you have any issues please message us directly and we will get it solved right away 🙂

Hey all! Englewood will be closed for the 4th, our AC struggled all day and eventually quit working all together. We’re getting a portable AC unit to put inside to help cool it off hopefully tomorrow!
However west milton will be open and it’s our 3 year anniversary!! We will be up there so come say hi!
