Limited Edition #45
Yemen Mokha Hiwari

This Hiwari comes from Al-Qafr District in Ibb Governorate, where 131 smallholder farmers grow coffee at 1900 to 2000 masl across intermountain fields and valley plains in high shade, relatively abundant rainfall, and traditional organic practices. The coffee is manually harvested and sun-dried on rooftops and raised beds before being milled and sorted for export.

Tasting Notes: Intensely aromatic, savory spices of sesame, thyme and clove.
