Swipe through and meet some of the piece in our omakase sushi and roll platter 👀🍣

Toro crowned with Hokkaido uni. Hotate torched and topped with ankimo. Sweet shrimp under a pile of ebi oboro. Bakka salmon with whipped cream and caviar (yes, really). Yellowtail with basil pesto and a jalapeño slice. Eel finished in our marinated sauce and toasted sesame.
Plus the cups: chirashi stacked with toro, uni, ikura, squid and okra, all spoon-ready.

This is our Omakase Sushi & Roll Platter. Our SKO chef picks the lineup and make the toppings in house and you get to look smart when you set it down at the party!

Meet kaisendon donburi and bara chirashi donburi from SKO sushi
Kaisendon donburi means rice bowl dish inspired by the Edomae chirashi sushi 🍣
Bara chirashi is a type of chirashi bowl with small pieces of sashimi!🍱
We use smoked sawara which is smoked Spanish mackerel that we smoke them in house along with bluefin tuna, Bakka salmon, sweet ebi with Hokkaido uni and ankimo!

Ankimo is so called foie gras of sea which is blended monkfish liver giving buttery sweet flavor without being fishy, it’s delicate Japanese cuisine - you can finally meet here at SKO sushi, like no other places ✨

These are our new menu for regular menu so not limited to the omakase grab and go menu so come try anytime we are open!
