Before a coffee ever makes it to your cup, it starts here. At a table, with a spoon.
Cupping is how our roasters get to know every coffee: the aroma when the grounds first meet hot water, the first sip, the notes that show up as it cools. This week, we pulled up a few extra chairs and shared that ritual with some of our loyalty members.
It was a slow, quiet, very happy morning, and our way of saying thank you to the people who make Lofty part of their everyday. 🤍
