Our fluffy omelette is served with an organic mixed greens salad, tossed in our house-made Dijon vinaigrette and finished with a touch of balsamic glaze. Paired with one of our hand-rolled French butter croissants, baked fresh daily, it’s the perfect breakfast or light lunch by the coast.
