How ironic that the best burger in North County is served by a small diner known for its hot dogs! After trying a couple of their tasty hot dog varieties on visits to Home Depot with my son, I tried the Wiener Dog today, a fresh, tasty, custom cooked delicacy in the shape of a hot dog on a grilled hot dog bun. Lettuce, tomato, and a 1/4 pickle plus special sauce put this right up there with the best in San Diego. Everything is kept clean and neat here, and you can even get a Mexican coke to round out the meal. I'll be back...

We accidentally discovered this food stand during a visit to Home Depot. At first I was pleasantly surprised that the variety of the foods was so plentiful. Sandy, the owner, came out to talk to us and the whole experience turned into a very pleasant meal. The food was great. Their sweet potato fries are a must.
