We’re keeping it simple but mouth-wateringly delicious this month!
We have some Kartoffelpuffers (German potato pancakes) as an appetizer served up with sides of cinnamon applesauce (traditional) and sour cream!
Our entree is a delicious bratwurst made from Hillsboro Sausage and loaded down with b**r braised onions, sauerkraut, and Dijon mustard. You can choose to have it on a pretzeled hoagie bun or open faced (as pictured). Then you get to choose two sides from our German sides and/or house sides options!
German sides include gurkensalat (cucumber salad, pictured), krautsalat (coleslaw, pictured), and kartoffelgratin (au gratin potatoes, not pictured). **r
