On the Friday morning of Unbound Gravel 2026, we found ourselves in a terrible situation. Our ice machine simply stopped producing ice.

Our friends from Plumbing by Spellman extended an 'event saving' hand and jumped in to help. The kindness from neighbors (friends) is one of the biggest reasons why Unbound Gravel will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The downtown workers who push themselves to the max for the betterment of the event, for neighbors jumping in and extending kindness and help, it's staff who take a deep breath and work beyond their shift, it's our local bank who show up as a team to help put up a tent, it's Casey & Jess who show up at 1:30 AM to check in on us, it's friends who wear our shirts to promote our retail, it's our local community that picks all of us up afterwards - dusts off our britches - and says 'good job'.

It's ALL of this and more.

Can we please get a 👏🏼👏🏼 for our newest member of our team? Today was her first morning shift on the register. In under four hours, GCC matched a typical 11 hour shift in sales. 🫪

Anyone interested in encouraging her to come back on Wednesday?? That's an insane way to learn the process...the best way but still insane.

Huge gratitude to everyone for your patience today. We do appreciate your support.
