MEET THE CREW BEHIND ELEMENTS🔥
This week we are putting the spotlight on: TRACI!🌟
If you know Traci, you already know… she’s going to take care of you, keep everybody in line, probably make you laugh, and somehow still get everything done at the same time. 😂❤️
Traci is one of our weekend lead servers, and she is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just wait on her tables — she takes care of them. She treats people like family, remembers the little things, makes sure everyone feels welcome, and gives people the kind of service she’d want her own family to receive.
Proof of her dedication? We have a video of Traci singing karaoke WHILE cleaning during one of our karaoke nights. 🎤🧹😂 And honestly, that pretty much sums her up perfectly. She gets the job done, takes care of everyone around her, and still finds a way to make work fun.
One of the things we appreciate most about Traci is that she was part of this company long before we ever became the owners. She’s been through different seasons of Elements and has continued to show up, work hard, and care about the people who walk through our doors. We’re incredibly grateful she’s still here with us for this chapter too. ❤️
She genuinely cares about this place, our team, and especially the people sitting at her tables — and that kind of heart isn’t something you can train.
You can almost always catch Traci here Sunday mornings, usually a Friday or Saturday night, and if you’re really lucky… she might make an appearance on karaoke night and give you a performance while she works. 😂🎶

⭐ Best part about working at Elements: “ I love that we all feel like family and we can always count on each other…Plus I love talking s**t to Josh. BUT mostly I love feeding people and making them happy!”
