Mama Lamees Serving a unique homemade authentic traditional fresh Middle Eastern food that is created with passi Mama Lamees cuisine is owned by Lamees Dahabour.

She is Palestinian, born and lived in Kuwait in 1965. In January 1991 she decided to moved to the United States of America . She served UNRWA more than 16 years in the Kingdom of Jordan. She was involved in her mom’s Kitchen since she was 10 years old. Her experience contributed strongly into her culinary skills and being creative to have her own unique recipes and flavor that insure the delicio

usness of the Middle Eastern food that she makes. Due to certain circumstances Mama Lamees was a subject of travelling to different countries among her life that impacted her creativity in preparing yummy unique Middle Eastern authentic traditional dishes. She puts her talent, love and passion to cook her flavorful fresh food from scratch. She was a battered wife and a domestic violence victim for 14 years. She has survived a very challenging life while raising her three kids. These circumstances taught her how to be fully independent, self-reliant, and always keen to find different resources of income. She plans to run her own catering small successful business and pass it down to her kids in the future.
