Buffalo Run is a gas station, restaurant, and convenience store in Elton, LA that is owned and operated by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana. Our mission is to provide the local community and travelers passing through with delicious, traditional Native American cuisine, and more convenient goods and services. In addition to delicious food, we also offer handmade tribal crafts and the opportunity to

learn more about our tribe. While shopping or dining you’ll also be able to see a herd of live buffalo roaming on our 20 acres of land!
