When my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac's Disease at the age of 3 years old I was horrified. The damage was already extensive and a restrictive diet such as this one seemed completely unrational. As she became school age the emotional scars were worse as she got left out during parties and social events where her dietary needs were not taken into account. As I mastered the gluten free diet I fo

und talent in baking and have found great joy in the smiles of children with the autoimmune disease all over our area. Even in adults such as myself this can have lifelong complications. I now extend my service to all baking including baby showers, weddings. Even if you have a particular interest in a particular baker I will work with them to make sure your event is special and of course gluten free!. No person should go without that joy. And if you request I can substitute as needed for other allergens. Whatever you can dream up, I can bake up! What do you think about gluten-free wedding cakes? I will work with any gluten baker to avoid cross contamination to make you a wedding cake to impress all your guests. :)

Who would be interested in a Baby Shower reveal cake in any flavor and with a reveal center in pink or blue? Remember pickup is only in Elmo. My kitchen is 100% gluten free. I make my ingredients from scratch to make sure I can give you an exquisite cake that has no chance of cross contamination and is super yummy! I will give the first order of this cake one for 15.00.
