All I can say is WOW! 💙💛

There’s something pretty special about getting to set up in your hometown, but the amount of support you all showed us this weekend truly blew us away.

When we started Knotty Bites, we hoped people would enjoy what we were creating, but weekends like this remind us that it’s about so much more than just pretzels and sodas. It’s about seeing familiar faces, catching up with people we’ve known for years, meeting new ones, and getting to be a small part of the community that helped shape us.

To everyone who stopped by, waited in line, shared a laugh with us, recommended us to someone, or simply came over to say hello — thank you. We genuinely appreciate every single one of you and never take this kind of support for granted.

We’re proud to call Elm Creek home, and even more proud to have the opportunity to bring Knotty Bites back home for weekends like this. 🥨

And the best part? We get to do it again next weekend at the Elm Creek Cruisers Car Show! 🚗

From our family to yours, thank you for an incredible weekend. We’ll see you next weekend, Elm Creek! 💙💛
