We are having the BBQ for 2 today.
4 ozs of pulled pork, chicken, brisket, pork belly and ribs add smoked sausage for $3.00. 2 12 oz sides of your choice and 2 pcs of plain or maple sugar corn bread. All for $40.00 plus tax.
This gives you a chance to get a taste of all our BBQ meats. While supplies last.

4 oz of pulled pork, 4oz of smoked chicken, 4oz of pork belly, 4oz of brisket and a few ribs. 12 oz of 2 sides of your choice and 2 pieces of corn bread. You can add sausage for only $3.00. Your choice of plain or blueberry lemon corn bread.
All for $40.00 plus tax.
I also have homemade double chocolate chocolate chip cookies and regular chocolate chip cookies.

We are open today rain or shine.
You can call ahead and place your order.
207-249-0542.
If you want a rack or more of ribs for tomorrow give me a call today and David will smoke some extra racks.
While your here grab a double chocolate chip cookie or a regular chocolate chip cookie. All made from scratch.
All meal plates come with corn bread. Your choice of plain or blueberry lemon.

We just ran out of everything. So unfortunately we have to close.
Just a reminder if you want a rack of ribs or more you can order them the day before and we will hold them for you the next day. Also the brisket is a 24 hour process so if you want to order a couple or more lbs you can also order that 2 days in advance and we will save it for you.
It's great to run out because we don't serve it the next day because it could dry out but David is trying to adjust it so we run out closer to 6pm.
