Looks like tomorrow (Thursday) is a washout. I've been checking the weather all day and says heavy rain until around 3:00.
Just a reminder that we will also be closed on Friday and Saturday due to a wedding we are catering. We will open again on Sunday.

Good morning
We are open today.
David is feeling better. Not 100% yet.
Just a reminder that we will be closed Friday and Saturday. We have a wedding catering job.
When I saw the weather for tomorrow it doesn't look promising.
If we don't open tomorrow because of the weather I will post it tonight.

We have to close we just ran out of everything.
David did as much as he could of extra meat and sides. We thought we might be busy after being closed the last couple of days.
So sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi
I'm making an executive decision to close tomorrow. We have a catering pick up tomorrow that David has to do and being open on top of that will be to much for him.
I will post tomorrow night or Sunday morning to let you know if we will be open.
To give you all a heads up we will be closed on Friday and Saturday September 4th and 5th. Again we are catering a wedding for around 160 people Saturday. We were going to open on the 4th but I don't want it to be to much for him being on his foot.

I'm very sorry to say we are closed today. When David got up this morning he was unable to walk.
I just want to mention that we ran out of bbq around 4:45 yesterday. Normally people have been very understanding. Yesterday was one of those days that someone got very agitated. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm not sure people understand that BBQ takes hours to smoke. We being a food trailer and not a restaurant can only do a certain amount of food at a time because of the amount of space we have. I encourage people to try to order ahead of time even the day before if possible. We do the best we can to to please our customers and are very blessed to have the support you have given us. We have met so many nice people and that's one of the best parts of having a food trailer.
I'm going to stop rambling. Again sorry for any inconvenience.

Yes we are open today.
David's ankle is getting better but he still has some pain.
It's nice to be back.

We won't be able to open tomorrow. David is still having a hard time walking. More rest and icing on it. Hopefully we can open on Sunday. I will post early Sunday morning. Sorry for any inconvenience.
