Tonights pasta special Cacio e Pepe. 🖤

Freshly cracked black pepper, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, and a touch of cream, all brought together into one ridiculously silky, rich sauce that clings to every curve of the pasta.

Somewhere along the way, a Big Mac wandered into a fine dining kitchen. And we're not mad about it.

Yes, you read that correctly. Big Mac sauce. Cheddar foam. Steak tartare, hashbrown

We took one of the most classic dishes in French cuisine and gave it a little fast-food identity crisis.

It's playful, a little ridiculous, and seriously delicious.

Because at Provender, we take our food very seriously. Ourselves? Not so much.

As many places begin closing for the season, we're just getting warmed up at Provender!

Fall and winter are some of my favorite times to cook. There's something special about cooking for our locals, the familiar faces, friends, and neighbors who make this community what it is.

And you know what that means? All those favorites our summer crowd misses out on (sorry, not sorry!) are making their way back!

Chicken Parm, Eggplant Parm, Garlic Boule, Fried Manchego, Risotto, Cookbook Club Night, Waffle House 2, New Year's Dinner, Valentine's Day Dinner, holiday parties, themed nights, and so much more.

And believe me, I've got some new ideas up my sleeve that I can't wait to share with you all!

I've always said, if you want your community to support you, you have to support your community. That's something we truly believe in at Provender.

So while the days get shorter and the temperatures drop, our kitchen is only heating up.

We're here for you all winter long.
