We tested this Rocky Road Cheesecake yesterday, and it's officially ready for the menu tonight!
Rich chocolate cheesecake, marshmallows, candied nuts, and all the nostalgic flavors you'd expect from a classic rocky road dessert.
Also, I was informed after taking this picture that there are absolutely no pretzels in a traditional rocky road. That information arrived a little too late, so we're rolling with them anyway. Sometimes culinary accuracy takes a back seat to deliciousness.

We took the classic, beloved Chicken Marbella recipe and used Bone-in center cut pork chop instead. The meat is marinated and then cooked in those same delicious juices, which get turned into a luscious sweet-and-sour pan sauce.
