Swamp Shack BBQ is approaching the 4 YEAR mark being transplanted to my hometown here in Ellisville!
The quality BARBEQUE our customers enjoy today was crafted & launched by our family in the HEAT of asphalt and live fires in Blountstown FL Spring 2019! (Man… miss those Lang Cookers!) ~ 🔥Yes… that parking lot would be a 115 degrees. 🔥 The love Blountstown showed us was remarkable- and remains to this day.
~~~ Our recipes haven’t changed, our quality has remained, and the love and support we now have is the fire & heat motivating us to never slack up and compromise the values that made us. ~~~
