Don’t have an oven, the Vault will bake it for you.

Being semi retired has allowed us to slow down when it is most important. Family is everything! Spent an extended weekend in Camp Lejeune NC with our son Michael whom we haven’t seen in almost a year due to deployment. So proud of him and his accomplishments. Thank you Sadie and Dan for taking care of our pups. Now back to making pizza 🍕 for all of our wonderful customers!

🍕This week on pizza talk we are discussing deep dish.
Every one has a preference to how thick they like the crust. Our dough is made fresh daily and it is slightly different than a traditional pizza dough more like garlic bread sticks. Our deep dish is 2” tall and stuffed full of fresh toppings and cheese. Then sealed with a layer of sauce on top. If you haven’t tried one yet, you’re missing out on authentic Chicago style deep dish.

Pizza 🍕 is not a traditional Memorial weekend food, but it is perfect and easy to prepare especially for those traveling. The last thing you want to do after driving a couple hours is get back in the car to drive to a restaurant only to find there’s a 2 hr long wait. Or after working outside all day. Stop and pick up some pizza and enjoy your evening instead.
