With 5 expansions since, Ellington Cafe 2017, Drive Thru 2020, Baking Hub 2022, Stafford Cafe 2025 and now 190 Trumbull St. LuAnn's Bakery is located in Ellington, CT. We've been open for 35 years as a home-based bakery and are preparing to move to a more permanent location (hopefully in late 2015) in Ellington with a store front and widely expanded services. We're excited to bring the community more of what you've come to know and love along with so much more. We will be sharing more details in the near future. The Pumpkin Cheesecake Funcake is made up of three layers of our delicious, pumpkin cake, that are sandwiching two layers of homemade cheesecakes! The cake is coated in our rich cream cheese frosting and is decorated with vanilla buttercream pumpkins and a dusting of cinnamon sugar!
