✨Ski Queen is a traditional Norwegian brown cheese made by slowly caramelizing the whey from goat’s milk (and sometimes a touch of cream). The long, gentle cooking process gives it its distinctive tawny color and a rich, fudge-like texture.

🐐Unlike most cheeses, Ski Queen is sweet rather than savory — with deep notes of caramel, butterscotch, and a subtle tang from the goat’s milk.
