Look what we have... ramps! We weren't sure if they would be ready in time so we did not have them on our first menu for tomorrows supper club, but we will be adding them to one of the courses. We are looking for a raw bar sous & sushi apprentice.

Starting pay rate: $600 - $750 per week based on experience and ability to execute.

Work Hours: 1P - 9P
Wednesday - Saturday

Learn from our Master Sushi Chef whom is traditionally trained from Japan.

You will learn:
- How to cut a variety of fish
- How to make proper sushi rice
- How to roll Maki and Nigiri Sushi
- Presentation and placement of dishes and plates
- The Preparation of vegetables and sauces
- The discipline required for all Sushi Chefs
- The fundamentals of Japanese Cuisine and culture

We will only be accepting two apprentices. This is a SERIOUS position and we will only be looking for the best, brightest, and most diligent workers. Prior work experience in a restaurant kitchen or education is required. Must be 18 years or older.
