We are so excited to finally share the news - we are the new owners/operators of Hoosier Coffee Company! This coffee has been served and sold at our business, Behind the Times Bakery, from the very beginning. We are so honored to have the opportunity to carry on the Hoosier Coffee Company legacy that Carie and Terri have built. Their commitment to crafting quality products is one of the reasons why this coffee is loved by so many, and we will work hard to uphold that reputation.

As we transition operations, we plan to continue supplying Behind the Times Bakery, and will have new merchandise and retail coffee available soon. Online ordering with shipping and wholesale options will be available at a later date as well.
