We have a new Rose by the glass! And tonight (Monday) all our glass pours are half price.

Brooks Pinot Noir is an American rosé wine from the Willamette Valley, Oregon, known for being a dry, vibrant, and fruit-forward pink wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Mixologist Joe has been back in his lab crafting a new cocktail . He began with a forage through chef’s garden, gathering heirloom tomatoes, basil and oregano.

The result? A cocktail named after the Greek Island, Santorini. Pure tomato water, Empress 1908 Gin Cucumber Gin, celery bitters, basil and oregano oil droplets and a feta stuffed olive! Fresh, bright and summery.
