Cinco de Mayo might not start at a pizza place—but this year, it just might end at one.

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our specials this year: the South by Northwest pizza. It starts with our homemade garlic cream sauce, seasoned with a pinch of cumin and chili powder, then topped with mozzarella and smoked cheddar, 12-hour slow-roasted pulled pork, and herb-roasted chicken, all baked to perfection.

It’s finished with fresh tomato, jalapeños, cilantro, goat cheese, and a bright touch of lime zest and fresh lime juice.
