After much thought and reflection, we have officially sold C3ntral Tavern.

First and foremost — don’t worry, C3ntral Tavern is here to STAY. In fact, there are exciting new changes ahead with the new owner, along with some familiar faces you already know and love. It will remain open without interruption! The new owner is ready to service this community.

This was an incredibly difficult, carefully thought-out decision that we struggled with because of the success of C3ntral Tavern. We are proud to say this business is thriving.

We had a dream, we fought for it, realized it, and are incredibly proud of what we created together. From day one, our goal was to create more than just a restaurant or bar. We wanted to create a place where people could gather, celebrate, laugh, support one another, and make memories — and together, we accomplished exactly that.

We endured challenges that many businesses never imagined facing. We survived a pandemic, adapted when the world changed overnight, pivoted when we had to, and then pivoted again. Through every obstacle, this community stood beside us, and because of that support, we created something truly special.

To our loyal customers — thank you for every meal shared, every drink raised, every event attended, and every kind word spoken. We are so very thankful for the customers we met along the way that we now proudly call friends. Your support meant everything to us.

To our neighboring businesses and the Downtown Elkton community — thank you for the friendships, collaborations, encouragement, and support along the way. Small businesses thrive when communities support one another, and we have been fortunate to experience that firsthand.

Although Beckie and Max won’t be here moving forward, we are truly happy and confident handing off our dream realized to people who can continue cultivating C3ntral Tavern into even bigger and better things.

C3ntral Tavern has been one of the greatest chapters of our lives, and we will forever be grateful to everyone who helped make it what it is today. Thank you for being part of our story. ❤️
