From the log beams, reclaimed wood, & custom wine barrel tables we want the atmosphere to remind you of your favorite bar in the mountains somewhere with just enough modern touches to keep it exciting. We have a full dining area along with a full bar and back patio. When you pull up a chair in our restaurant you will feel right at home! Offering a variety of specialty sandwiches, burgers, and sala

ds during our lunch hours and all that along with an array of steaks, seafood, and pasta during our dinner hours. Besides the restaurant we will also be offering catering on and off site. The restaurant space, including the gorgeous back patio, will be available to rent as a venue for events. Some may be familiar with our sister restaurant Cook’s Fire Oven & Grill, located in Spring Creek at the golf course. For those that are familiar with Cook’s Fire Oven & Grill’s menu, a few of the crowd favorite menu items have made their way here!

Cook’s Steakhouse and Saloon had an unforgettable evening on our back patio! Our guests enjoyed delicious catered BBQ ribs with white cheddar Mac and cheese/ jalapeño Mac and cheese and our house salad. They were able to relax and drink beers, mixed drinks and our Tiger’s Blood Margarita that is expertly crafted as we soaked in the vibrant atmosphere.
