We are turning lemons into lemonade...or delicious menu items into feeding the community.

Following the recent fire at the restaurant, I, alongside Chef Victor, prepared a large amount of fresh food to ensure it wouldn’t go to waste. Instead, we’re giving it back to the community!

Michelle Shilts and Rachel Shilts are coordinating the food donations to help get meals into the hands of those who need them.

We can’t wait to see you back at the restaurant soon!

There was a fire at Holi Cannoli early this morning. It was an absolute miracle - no one was hurt and it was contained outside of the kitchen. Unfortunately, due to smoke damage, Holi Cannoli will be closed until I can get a professional team in to clean, etc. I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. I especially want to personally thank the person who drove by Holi around 525am, noticed smoke, and called 911 - you helped save my restaurant - along with all the amazing firefighters from all over this area. God Bless you all.

We will get through this situation and come out better and stronger.
