We started baking at our production bakery on CR 33 in Dec of 2001. Linda started by developing recipes and giving out samples to shape our original list of products. We were baking for the Pie Pantry on College Ave. Our wholesale business grew with other locations where our product could be purchased by our customers and restaurants who used our pies and desserts for their diners. In 2007 we open

ed Baker's Nook Cafe in the Easy Shopping Place, Elkhart. Here we have our full bakery line available as well as a breakfast and lunch menu. Whether customers chooses to dine in, carry out or have our menu items catered, we strive to provide our delicious homemade goodness with soup, salads, sandwiches, and a full line of desserts.
