Don’t worry everyone. We’re still here!!!

Nikki is in the Philippines and August/September is RV show season so I’ve been really busy.

Some updates:

We’re going to skip the month of August for Euchre, Trivia, or Bingo. Yes I said Bingo. You keep asking for it so we’re going to make it happen. Keep an eye out for us to bring these back in September!

Bent Oak Club Championship is next weekend. We will honor the winner with a Champions Dinner like they do for the Masters.

The golf outings have slowed down but we’re going to make sure the year goes out with a BANG!

This is the OFFICIAL WORD.

October 10th - 523’s Chili Cook Off/Golf Outing. More details to come but mark it on your calendar. Public welcomed! Don’t have to be a Bent Oak member to play. 2 man scramble format and if you think you have the best chili recipe in the area bring it on up! We will be the judge of that!!

Starting to get some phone calls for reservations with Saturday in mind. We have an outing in the morning but plan to be open for lunch. However Saturday night we have a private party so we will be closed after 4:00.

For the first time in a long time we don’t have anything planned this weekend except a few reservations.

The community around us is busy though. This weekend there is a Bent Oak Community garage sale and the Elkhart County Fair is still going on.

We’re going to try to relax and have fun with it!

In between garage sales or if you love fair food but don’t like all the people stop by and get some from us!

We don’t have any rides but we can take you for a golf cart ride around the golf course or come up and take a picture with the World’s Famous Patriotic Chicken!!
