Rio Bravo Catering, An Evening with the Strauss Dancers and Community Supporters as we travel through the Harvest in Vienna Where a young couple meets .Returns after 20 years married and visits the Vienna Village at Christmas and celebrates the season . Schnitzel ,Sausage Rolls with a mustard cream sauce . Brats on Rye ,soft pretzels with beer cheese dippers , apple strudel, Linzer bars , German potato Salad , Beef and Potato Austrian tavern Grog, Hot Mulled Apple Cider .. An Evening to Rember ! Beautiful early evening out at for the First Night of the Concert Series ." "Tainted Love " 80s best Music band ! We enjoyed serving V.I.P.s Chef dinners of the evening for 130 guest A delicious Oven Roasted Herb Chicken Thighs delighted with a Citrus background of Roasted Carrots in an Orange Ginger glaze and zest Avacodo Toastini mixed with Lemon Zest and Lemon Squeezed juice and blended with Roasted tarragon chopped .Topped with arugula micro greens and crowned with simply sliced roma tomatoes with olive oil and Sea Salt chips. Then cascades of toasted sunflower seeds .The delicate Desesert came next with a Rich Expresso infused flavor of a Tiramisu drizzled in a Rum butter / Caramel accent. Topped with whip cream ,mint leaf and buttons of raspberries .
