Hawaii called. They want their SPAM back. We're not giving it to them. 🤙

We're wrapping up this month's lineup of specials with something a little unexpected, a little outrageous, and a whole lot of delicious!

Introducing SPECIAL #3: THE SPAM MUSUBI DAWG! 🌴

We took the iconic Hawaiian snack, SPAM musubi, gave it the StrEAT Kitchen treatment, and turned it into a hot dog that doesn't play by the rules.

🌭 SPAM Hot Dog — savory, salty, and bringing those island vibes.

🍍 Pineapple Relish — a little tropical sweetness to balance things out.

🌶️ Sriracha Aioli — creamy with just the right amount of heat.

🍙 Furikake — that savory, nutty, umami-packed Japanese seasoning.

🌊 Nori Wrap — because what's musubi without a little seaweed?

All nestled into a soft potato roll and wrapped up like a little taste of paradise.

It's salty. It's sweet. It's spicy. It's a hot dog having an identity crisis in the BEST possible way. 😂

We're taking your favorite side dish on a little European vacation, and trust us, these fries came back with some serious attitude.

Introducing our Potato Bravas Frites — the second of THREE specials we're dishing out this month!

Tallow-fried shoestring fries — thin, golden, and ridiculously crispy.

We're bringing a little Seoul to the South with our latest chicken creation!

Introducing our Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich — and trust us, this one understood the assignment.

Crispy fried chicken tossed in Yangnyeom sauce — a sticky, sweet, tangy Korean-style sauce with just enough heat to keep things interesting.

A generous helping of Sriracha aioli for a little extra kick.

Creamy slaw to cool things down.

Korean banchan-style cucumbers bringing that fresh, crunchy, sweet-and-tangy bite.

We’re breaking out the pretzel buns and b**r cheese for this one.

Introducing the OKTOBERFEST BURGER 🍔🥨

Two all-beef patties stacked with cheddar cheese, grilled onions, brown mustard, crispy bacon, house b**r cheese, and fresh jalapeños, all tucked into a toasted pretzel bun.

It’s big. It’s messy. It’s cheesy. And it pairs exceptionally well with yelling PROST! for absolutely no reason.

No lederhosen required. Highly encouraged.

We will be closed once again today, Sunday, August 23, as we navigate hiring more employees. We will reopen on Tuesday, August 25th at 11am-3pm and then on Wednesday, August 26th with normal hours!

So… our evening staff has officially gone MIA. 👻

And while I’ve been told I’m pretty awesome, even I can’t cook, take orders, run food, and manage dinner service solo. Apparently, cloning technology just isn’t where we need it to be yet.

Unfortunately, that means we have to close early today.

We sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies in our schedule lately. We know it’s frustrating to plan a visit only to find that our hours have changed—and trust us, it’s incredibly frustrating for us, too.

We are actively hiring and working hard to get our team back to full strength. Unfortunately, we’re also dealing with applicants not showing up for scheduled interviews and, in some cases, newly hired employees simply ghosting us before they even get started.

We’re not giving up. We’re working diligently to get the right people in place so we can get back to providing the consistency you expect from us.

If you know someone reliable who wants to work, send them our way. Seriously, we'd love to meet them.
