Wow wow wow ! What a fun and crazy day! Thank you to everyone who came out took pictures and calmed me through the panic of a new shop and a new day lol

I think this is gonna be the start of a great new chapter. All the kinks are almost worked out lol!!! I am seriously the luckiest girl to have such an amazing community around me !!!

Here’s to an amazing new chapter and a much more spacious customer experience!!!

We’re making a tiny change to the way we do things at the café in an effort to serve you better , and we hope you’ll find it simple, and easy!

Starting tomorrow, Piccola Stella will be moving to a counter-service style….

♥️Place your order at the counter
Choose your crepe, tea, coffee, or treat and I’ll get everything started for you.

♥️Take your table number
Find a cozy little spot and make yourself at home.

♥️Grab a seat & relax
There’s no need to wait at the counter (unless you’re grabbing take out) I’ll call your number when it’s ready

♥️Help yourself to drinks
Our self-service tea, coffee & water station is yours to enjoy. Pour yourself a cup, settle in, and stay awhile. 🤍

This new setup will help me keep things moving a little more smoothly, especially during busy hours, while still keeping the warm, leisurely feeling we love so much about Piccola Stella.

And, as always, **please ask if you need a hand with anything.** We’re happy to help!

Thank you for being patient with us as as I find my rhythm in our new little home. We’re learning, tweaking, and making it all work, and we’re so grateful to have you along for the adventure. ✨

The new little cafe lights went up today, and our little window signage - our friend Jack is working on a beautiful carved wooden sign for the outside which should be ready just in time for next weekend !! It’s all coming together ♥️😍

It’s officially rewatch season, so to honor my yearly autumn tradition I will be debuting The Stars Hollow Crepe this Friday ! A golden crepe filled with espresso Marscapone, drizzled with maple syrup, and chocolate powder and finished with biscotti crumbs and whipped cream ☕️🍂🍁
