Our kitchen is open Monday through Saturday from 11am- 3pm serving up some of the best soup, salad and sandwiches in Tennessee. Come get coffee and dessert from our in house bakery anytime we are open from 7am - 5pm. Our baker is hard at work five mornings a week and aims to please. We are always have the best coffee in the region ready for you on the counter, or you can have something special made by one of our skilled baristas anytime.

Today we have our sweet angel, Chloe!
She has been an incredible addition to our team. She moved to East Tennessee last year & has been with us for a year now! She has a servers heart, giving and helping out wherever she can. She’s brings great energy to the shop & we all adore her! 🥹

Some facts about Chloe!
• She’s originally from North Carolina. Lived in Maryland before moving to East Tennessee!
• Her favorite thing about working with us is getting to know the customers and creating relationships with them!
• She loves being creative on bar, making your delicious drinks! Playing around with recipes & drawing cute pictures on your cups!
• Outside of work you can find her helping out at her church, at the gym, or being creative with painting and photography. She also does some of our chalk board signs!

We have Sydney Jackson Art and Roan Mountain Soap & Candles!

Sydney Jackson is a freelance illustrator and ceramicist. She graduated with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in realistic painting from Ringling College of Art and Design. She has a love of exploring all things in nature, especially the history of the Appalachia, most of her inspiration comes from mountain scenes, quilt designs, and childhood feelings!

Charlotte gives her all in offering quality, unique soaps & candles as well as beautifully designed gift baskets with her products.
