The Bistro is currently looking for experienced line cooks to join our kitchen team. We are seeking motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of consistency, organization, and teamwork in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities include: • Preparing and executing menu items according to established recipes and dish builds
• Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Working efficiently during high-volume service while staying organized and focused
• Communicating effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen staff
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with food safety standards
• Assisting with prep, stocking stations, and keeping the kitchen service-ready
Qualifications: • Previous line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong understanding of recipe ex*****on and dish assembly
• Quick learner who can adapt to new menu items and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
