It’s not goodbye forever — just goodbye for now. 🖤
Saturday night, we closed out the final service at Ratio — our brick and mortar home for the past 5 incredible years. It was everything we hoped it would be: laughter, music, hugs, full glasses, and hearts even fuller. We’re still soaking in all the emotions, memories, and messages of love we’ve received from so many of you. Thank you.
Opening Ratio was a dream come true. For years, we poured our hearts into these walls — creating, experimenting, growing, and sharing. It was our honor to bring a taste of Peru to Columbia and to show people what Peruvian cuisine could be — bright, bold, complex, and comforting. We’re proud to have played a small part in helping expand the culinary conversation in this city we love.
To our guests — thank you for choosing us. Whether you dined with us once, or you came back week after week, we felt your support every step of the way. We’re endlessly grateful for every celebration, every toast, and every shared plate.
To our staff — thank you for being the heartbeat of this restaurant. For showing up, night after night, through long shifts and busy services, with care, talent, and so much passion. You made this dream possible.
To our families — thank you for your sacrifices, patience, and unwavering love behind the scenes. This journey wouldn’t have happened without you.
Ratio may no longer have a permanent home for now, but its spirit is far from gone. We’ll continue to show up in new ways — through catering, collaborations, pop-ups, and private events. We’re stepping away from the day-to-day grind of restaurant life to reflect and reimagine what the future might hold. Thank you for making our dream a reality. We hope we made a mark on this community and helped create space for more global, diverse flavors at the table.
We’ll see you again soon — in whatever form Ratio takes next.
