Did you know that most wine is generally considered safe for people with celiac?

According to the National Celiac Association, the majority of wine is ok for a gluten-free diet.

Grapes, the primary ingredient in wine, are naturally gluten-free.

Occasionally, fining agents (which clarify the wine) and oak barrels (used for aging) can contain trace amounts of gluten. But these amounts generally fall below 20 parts per million - which is the maximum amount for a product to be labeled gluten-free.

Celiacs should be advised to be cautious of wine coolers (which can contain barley malt) & flavor-added wine beverages.

Gluten sensitivity just means finding food & drink that keep you feeling good!
