Meet NEW FASHIONED 🍊🌿

Our boundary-pushing summer limited release. We designed this coffee to challenge everything you know about traditional coffee. By bringing together wildly innovative, highly experimental coffees from Forest Coffee (Forest Coffee) in Colombia, we have crafted a flavor profile that mirrors the depth and complexity of a classic cocktail. It is tropical, vibrant, and built specifically to be the ultimate summer pour.

THE COFFEE (10oz Whole Bean)

Origin: 100% Colombia Co-Fermented with Tropical Fruits

Tasting Notes: Muddled Cherry · Toasted Coconut · Candied Orange Peel

THE DRINK (12oz New Fashioned Tonic)

Beat the summer heat with a fiercely refreshing iced beverage. We take a double shot of our New Fashioned cold brew concentrate, pour it over crisp Fever-Tree tonic, and garnish with a dried orange wheel and fresh rosemary. This effervescent sparkler delivers a bright, vibrant twist on a classic.

Just Landed: Rare Lots from Bolivia, Nicaragua, & Zambia

We just added three exceptional new coffees to our lineup. If you are looking for complex processing methods, incredible estate histories, and standout cup profiles, these are exactly what you need for your next coffee at home.

Bolivia Finca Rosita Catuai
Region: Caranavi, Bolivia
Altitude: 1,350 – 1,750 m
Variety: Catuai
Process: Anaerobic Natural
Tasting Notes: Pink Lemonade, Raspberry Jam, and Guava

Grown on a 32-hectare, family-run farm in the Illimani community, Finca Rosita is operated by multiple generations of the Valverde-Aramayo family. They carefully separate their single-variety plots, allowing micro-lots like this one to truly shine. After harvest, this Catuai underwent anaerobic fermentation before being sun-dried on patios to develop its expressive profile.

Nicaragua Finca Los Papales Java **LIMITED RELEASE**
Region: Jinotega, Nicaragua
Altitude: 1,300 – 1,700 m
Variety: Java
Process: Natural
Tasting Notes: Mango, Fruit Punch, and Brown Sugar

Finca Los Papales has been operated by the Angelina Lopez family for more than a century. To maintain flawless quality control from harvest to export, all wet and dry milling is handled entirely on the estate premises. This beautiful, shade-grown Java lot is also Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Zambia Kateshi Estate **LIMITED RELEASE**
Region: Northern Province, Zambia
Altitude: 1,300 m
Varieties: Castillo, Catimor 129, F6
Process: Anaerobic Natural
Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Pineapple, and Purple Grape
Anaerobic

Established in 1972, Kateshi is one of Zambia’s first coffee estates and a true pioneer. Beyond producing award-winning coffee, the estate is deeply invested in the local community—providing clean drinking water, schools, and a health clinic. They also boldly challenge gender stereotypes, being the first estate in Zambia to employ women in traditionally male-dominated roles like driving tractors. This Rainforest Alliance Certified lot utilizes an extended anaerobic fermentation for a highly complex cup.

New drop from Bolivia! Bursting with vibrant tasting notes of pink lemonade, raspberry jam, and guava, this exceptional coffee comes to us from Finca Rosita, a lush 32-acre family-run farm in the Illimani community of Caranavi, Bolivia. Owned and operated by multiple generations of the Valverde-Aramayo family, the farm is named in loving honor of their matriarch, Rosa Angelica Aramayo, and is dedicated exclusively to coffee cultivation with carefully separated single-variety plots. This specific single-estate lot features 100% Catuai that has undergone a meticulous anaerobic fermentation before being naturally processed and sun-dried on patios. This process beautifully enhances the coffee’s complex, jammy, and tropical fruit characteristics, resulting in a sweet, wildly vibrant, and dynamic cup. Grab some while you can, it’s a tasty one!
