New espresso being served at The Coffee Bar! It has been changed to our new medium Nicaragua bean☕️

Tasting notes:
Dark Choclate, Walnut, Apple Cider

This washed coffee is from the municipality of San Juan del Rio Coco in the department of Madriz, Nicaragua. The non-profit that produces it, Reyna del Cafe de San Juan, works to provide community services to local farmers in the minicipality. In processing, the bean’s mucilage was removed by a pulper, followed by a short fermentation and then washing to ensure clean bean for drying, finishing around 10.5%-11% moisture content. This translates to a rich coffee flavor perfect for espresso.
