PAY DE GUAYABA :
This recipe was made because everyone in my family would always go buy the Pay de Guayaba in Juarez. Honestly at that time it wasn’t one of my favorite fruits but I had to create my own version.

When it came out for sell, every one loved it. Everyone became obsessed with it. So I had to try it. I fell in love. It’s a dessert I crave most of the time. Right now I have people that take it all the way to Chihuahua, Mexico.

It’s a delicious, creamy & super light dessert. Something you have to try & experience for yourself.
