Dear customers,
Due to last week’s heavy rain, a large amount of water leaked through the ceiling again. The ceiling had not been repaired for several months, but thankfully, our landlord finally brought in a contractor this morning to fix it.

Unfortunately, the repair work created a lot of dust and debris from the ceiling, which got all over our dishes and kitchen area. We are currently cleaning everything thoroughly, but it doesn’t look like we will be able to finish in time to open today.

We have decided to remain closed for one more day so that we can clean everything properly and safely. We should finally be able to reopen next week.

We kindly ask for just a little more patience and understanding. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your continued support.

Dear customers,
Matsuharu is OPEN again starting today!
Our new exhaust fan has finally arrived and has been installed. Everything is now working properly, and we’re happy to be back in business!
The previous exhaust fan was undersized and kept overheating. Even though it was installed just last year, we were unable to reach the contractor—they never responded to our phone calls or text messages. We simply couldn’t wait any longer, so we purchased a larger, more powerful exhaust fan.

Thanks to the new installation, we’re finally able to reopen today.

We sincerely apologize for having to close for such a long time, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

We look forward to serving you again soon!

Dear Customers,

I had everything prepared and planned to open today. However, as many of you know, the kitchen exhaust fan is still not working properly, and the air conditioning in the kitchen is not cooling enough. It has become so hot that I don’t feel it is safe to cook under these conditions.

Because of this, I have made the difficult decision to close today. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to open for the rest of this week. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. I truly appreciate your continued support.
