BIG NEWS for El Paso Mobile Food Vendors!

Beginning July 1, 2026, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is now responsible for issuing all Mobile Food Vendor (MFV) permits, replacing the City of El Paso's previous permitting process.
